What we collect
We collect only what you submit through this website: your email address and any optional name, role or description you add when joining early access; the content of a feature request; and the name, email, subject and message of a contact form submission. We also store the interface language you used, so we can reply in it.
Why we use it
Your email is used to contact you about Flow AI — primarily to notify you when the product launches — and to reply to messages you send us. Feature requests are used to prioritise product development. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in the secure database that powers this website. Access is restricted to the Flow AI team.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete the data you submitted. Use the contact page and we will action the request.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date.
