Scope of this policy
This policy explains how Ayan Flow handles personal data on the flowaiweb.com website. Ayan Flow is an AI video creation application that has not launched yet; this site is its official home for launch announcements, early access registration and product feedback. When the application launches, a separate in-product privacy notice will cover data you process inside the app, such as prompts, media uploads and generated videos.
What we collect
We collect only what you submit through this website: your email address and any optional name, role or description you add when joining early access; the content of a feature request; and the name, email, subject and message of a contact form submission. We also store the interface language you used, so we can reply in it. To keep the forms usable we process limited technical data at submission time — a derived identifier from your network address, timing signals and a bot-check result from Cloudflare Turnstile. This data is used for abuse prevention only and is not used to profile you.
Why we use it
Your email is used to contact you about Ayan Flow — primarily to notify you when the product launches — and to reply to messages you send us. Feature requests are used to prioritise product development. Technical signals are used to block spam and automated abuse. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing, and we do not use website submissions to train AI models.
Legal basis
Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent when you choose to submit a form, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and free of automated abuse. You may withdraw consent at any time by asking us to remove your entry.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Submissions are stored in the secure managed database that powers this website. Access is restricted to the Ayan Flow team, and the tables that hold your submissions are not publicly readable — data can only be written through protected server endpoints. Our infrastructure and bot-protection providers process data strictly on our instructions.
Retention
Early access registrations are kept until the product launches and you have been notified, or until you ask us to delete them. Contact messages and feature requests are kept for as long as needed to answer them and improve the product. Abuse-prevention records are short-lived and removed automatically.
Cookies
This website uses only what is necessary to work: your language preference and your cookie notice choice, stored locally in your browser, plus a token used by the bot check. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show, correct, export or delete the data you submitted, and to object to further contact. Write to info@flowaiweb.com or use the contact page and we will action the request, normally within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date. Material changes affecting registered users will also be announced by email.
